SKYPE  T-20 can change a normal telephone into a PC peripheral equipment to make Internet phone call. At the same time , SKYPE can connect with PSTN. Thus,customer can make or receive VoIP or PSTN calls,which keeps customer`s present fixed line and save lots of money.

About Indication Light:

■ WORK: it is steadily when standby;it is flashing in use and when flowing from

the Internet

■ RCV: it is when incoming call ;it is off when standby

■ DIAL: it is when dialing out or incoming call;it is off when standby

Install the driver：

1、Visit www.skype.com/download to download the lastest Skype voice communication software for your OS(Operation System),showed as:

then run the downloaded software in your PC or NOTEBOOK.

2、Run the CD in the package ,and click the right sign to install driver for IPMate T-20 .

3、Click the right sign for USER MANUAL.

 At the first time, when IPMate T-20 is connected well with PC or NOTEBOOK through USB cable,the OS will setup the driver for the IPMate T-20 automatically.

Preparation for dialing:

1. Run the program of T-20

At the same time ,Skype voice communication software will login automatically.

shows that the Internet connection is OK! shows that the Internet connection is wrong.Pls check it.

2. To make sure there is a sign like in the bottom of the Skype voice

communication software.

How to make a call

■ Use IPMate T-20 to make a Skype call

Before Using the normal phone connected with IPMate T-20 to make a Skype call, you should assign speed-dial number for contacts firstly. please do as the followings：

1. Right click some contact and then select "Assign speed-dial", showed as:

2. Enter the speed-dial key, the range is from 00 to 99.For example:

Click OK button to save setting.

Note:the special service numbers in different countries are prohibited to be set into the speed-dial keys.

3. Pick up the handset of the normal phone connected with IPMate T-20, press "*" , and the speed-dial number set in advance ,then "#", the call begins to connect.

■ Use IPMate T-20 to make a PSTN call

Because the IPMate T-20 may connect with a landline,so you can use the normal phone connected with T-20 to make a PSTN number or mobile phone.The steps are :

1. Pick up the handset of the normal phone connected with T-20;

2. Dial the number you want to make a call with ;

How to receive call

When somebody calls your Skype or PSTN number,the normal phone connected with T-20 will ring.Pick up the handset or press the Handfree to receive the incoming call.When the call is over,please put down the handset or press the Handfree again.

How to forward Skype call to PSTN:

Before leaving your PC or NOTEBOOK for some reason,you can make the forwarding function work.then when somebody call you through Skype,IPMate T-20 will automatically forward the Skype call to the destination number set in advance.So,you would not miss any Skype call.

Note:The PSTN line or landline connected well with T-20 is the premise for forward .And

your SKYPE is online.

settings.

Cautions:

1. Do not frequently change the IPMate`s USB cable connection, a 30-second interval or above is suggested.

2. Do not exit the IPMate software running in the PC connected with Internet, otherwise you will not be able to make IP phone calls.

3. IPMate is precise electrical equipment. Please carry it with care, and do not expose under the sunshine directly, do not immersed in liquid, do not set in moist environment, do not set in too cold or too hot environment. Refer to following Specifications.
